By accessing and using the Saudi Travel website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Use of Services

Our services are provided for the purpose of facilitating travel arrangements to Saudi Arabia. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws in your jurisdiction
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Transmit any harmful or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

3. Booking and Payments

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are quoted in USD and subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed and payment received.

Payment Terms:

• Full payment or deposit required to confirm booking
• Accepted payment methods as specified during booking
• All transactions are processed securely
• Receipts provided for all payments

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by service and will be clearly stated at time of booking. Generally:

• More than 30 days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee
• 15-30 days before travel: 50% refund
• Less than 15 days: No refund
• No-shows: No refund

5. Travel Documents

You are responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents including valid passport and visa. We provide assistance but cannot guarantee visa approval.

6. Liability

Saudi Travel acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We are not liable for:

• Acts of service providers beyond our control
• Force majeure events
• Personal injury or property damage
• Changes in government regulations
• Flight delays or cancellations

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance. Basic insurance is included with Saudi eVisa but additional coverage is advisable.

8. Changes to Itinerary

While we strive to deliver services as described, circumstances may require changes. We reserve the right to modify itineraries if necessary, providing comparable alternatives when possible.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and images is property of Saudi Travel or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand our practices.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with Polish law, given our company registration in Poland.
